I reviewed this book for Netgalley for the publisher. Although, I found this book in general to be incredibly unapproachable, there were numerous typos that added to my one star rating. I am not sure if the typos were simply because I had received a ARC or what, but I found it to be distracting and, at times, I actually had to try to decipher what word the author was trying to use. Now, the book is utilizes a detached narrator, but unfortunately, I found this narrator too detached and didn't allow me to warm up to the book, at all. Therefore, I found myself skimming and not growing to like nor care about ANY of the characters.
