Great, great recipes in this little kindle freebie and it would have been worth the $$ price for some of the recipes in the book. The author rates the recipes in the book for ease factor. I will say that I had to disagree with some of the recipes that she rated as "easy". As someone who has been baking for over 30 years, I do think that novice bakers would have difficulties with recipes she has rated as easy. Second, the book contains a large number of more difficult recipes, so in my humble opinion, this isn't for the novice baker, but the recipes she gives are restaurant or bakery quality.
