I think this is probably Beck's best book to date. This book takes a nonpartisan look at spending in Washington and its' impact on our country. Unlike the description above, Republicans and Democrats are both skewered, as they should be, for irresponsible and unsustainable spending and the danger it has put our country in. I think the other interesting aspect is looking at the personal debt in the country. I have been reading this book with another incredibly interesting read called Living Large: From SUVs to Double Ds---Why Going Bigger Isn't Going Betterand it gives an excellent picture of the US right now, as almost a culture of entitlement and a lack of control for immediate gratification.
