I have really mixed reviews regarding this cookbook. First, I loved the layout that the author chose. This is clearly a book with a novice bread baker in mind. Bread making is an art which needs to be mastered and slow and steady wins the race. This author has shown that.I did mark the book down for editing. For example, in the title of the book, the author ends the title, which is an instructional manual with a question mark. Not grammatically correct. That stuff just tends to bother me. There are a couple of other examples in the book.
