A Book and A Review #2

There are a couple of Amazon cookbook writers that when I see their cookbooks pop up, I grab them. Bonnie Scott is one of those authors. I love the uniqueness of her cookbooks. This kabob one is simple, fun and different. I never knew one could have so many different recipes for kabobs. I think, like her other cookbooks, one of the things I would like to have seen more of would be pictures and more tips. Kebobs dependent upon how they are placed on the skewer can have areas that are undercooked and such. Although I am an experienced cook, in my earlier years, I have had situations where I think my kabobs could have turned out better and I thought the tip area was kind of weak in here. But overall, another winner from her.
