2.5/5 StarsI have really mixed feelings regarding this cookbook. On the positive side, the recipes were interesting. However, the negatives outweigh the positives. Although this book was produced in Britain, it was released on Amazon US. The author failed to, for the most part, convert the recipes. On the recipes he did convert, there were several that were partially converted. Second, there were terms in here that myself, as an experienced cook, simply was unaware of and/or products that were not available or difficult to obtain in the US. It would have been nice since this book was marketed for the US, if the author would have gone all the way in his updating it.
