The recipes are mouth watering and laid out really well for even the most novice chef. As I continue to work at getting away from the purchasing of commercial pasta sauces, one of the ones I have switched to is the one identified in this book and it has worked beautifully. The selections offer a nice selection of fish and meats with varying heaviness of sauces.
